Hi, I’m Emma. I created Valerie Grace in November 2023 for 0-8 year old girls. I am a mum to two girls; Emilia Valerie and Indie Grace and absolutely everything you see is inspired by them.
Valerie Grace is all about pushing my limits and being the best person I can be for my daughters so in turn they know how to be the best versions of themselves.
In July 2022 my mental health was in a bad way. I was struggling to cope and I had to really go back to the drawing board and figure out what was I passionate about/ what was I good at.
That answer was always my daughters.
When my eldest daughter who is biracial started to take an interest in baby dolls I went to a well known toy store to purchase a doll for her. Only to discover that there was one brown baby doll that didn’t represent her at all. I was so disheartened. I spent ages online and the only ones I liked that were dressed in nice clothing were really expensive.

My daughter needs to see herself represented and that really is my main core value of Valerie Grace.
We are still really small/new but I hope as we grow we can truly represent every little girl and mums are not making sacrifices to achieve that.
I’d also spent the last 3/2 years immersing myself in girls products. I found I really cared about the products my daughters had and I would spent hours looking as they weren’t so easy to find.
My daughters truly are the essence of Valerie Grace and everything is for them.
I started this business quite humble hoping to make enough to get by but now I’m reaching as high as I can to show them how to.
I’m learning as I go, I don’t have a business background but I have two little cheerleaders saying you’ve got this Mummy. I tell them if you can’t do something it means you haven’t practiced enough and that’s exactly what I’m doing.
My mission is to offer stylish products,
excellent customer service and the easiest online shopping experience.
My five core values are style, representation, wellbeing, self expression and the environment.
Our style we love earthy tones with pops of colour (especially pink!)
