Faulty items, wrong descriptions or not fit for purpose

Under UK trading law’s you have the right to a full refund if you return item/s to us within 30 days of receiving said item/s & the item/s are either faulty, not fit for purpose under their intended use or said item/s were miss described.
After the first 30 days but within six months of receiving the item/s, you the customer are entitled to a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace said item/s, you will be provided with a refund.

After six months, you the customer still has the right to return the goods to us. However, you must prove that the goods were faulty when you received them. If we agree that the goods were faulty on receipt, we will repair or replace them. If we cannot repair or replace them, we will refund you the customer, we reserve the right to make a deduction for the use of the item whilst you the customer had it. We will advise you on how to return the item/s, return postage will be covered. You may be required to pay for the return post initially however this will be added to your refund amount on the submission of a sales receipt.
If you change your mind

Under UK trading laws customers in England and Wales automatically get a “cooling-off period”. The cooling-off period is 14 days from the day you the customer places an order with us, in which you can change your mind about your order. This right to change your mind means that you have the right to return goods to us for a refund, even when there is nothing wrong with the good/s.

To take advantage of this cooling-off period, you the customer must tell us you have changed your mind within the 14 days, and you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

All items must be returned with tags attached & in original packaging.

Exempt Goods from Change of Mind Returns.
The types of products that are exempt from your right to change your mind are:
* sealed items like DVDs, video games and computer software if opened
* sealed hygiene items like medical products, swimming costumes and underwear;
* perishable items such as food products or flowers; and
* custom or personalised items.
